Less than 24 hours back on sweet Southern ground…
- dirt roads
- BBQ
- Zac Brown sighting
- old friends laced with mojitos
- puppy cuddles
- the deepest sleep of all the sleeps
- waking up to birds instead of traffic horns
- honeysuckle and Confederate jasmine
- Dad’s coffee with Mom’s French toast and Em’s commentary
I have no power to look across the tide,
